Graduate of a Paramedic program recognized by the Alberta College of Paramedics. Currently registered in good standing or ability to register with the Alberta College of Paramedics. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an Emergency Service role with a minimum of two (2) years’ progressive leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Valid Alberta Class 4 Operators License with no more than 6 demerits. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business, or leadership. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, and client-focused orientation. Ability to foster partnerships to achieve organizational goals ideally within a unionized environment.
