Required Qualifications:

Postsecondary (Bachelor’s) degree in the field of Operations Management, Management Science, Statistics, or Computer Science. Applicants will be required to demonstrate 10+ years of pertinent work experience performed in a health, municipal, or public safety (or similar) environment including 5+ years progressive leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Proficiency in the following applications: Microsoft Suite, SQL, and ‘R’ and/or Python programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate or Master’s degree a related field. Applicants should demonstrate 15+ years of pertinent work experience performed in a health, municipal, or public safety environment including 10+ years progressive leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Advanced Proficiency in: SQL, MATLAB, C++, C#, C, HTML5, JAVA, Ruby and ‘R’ and/or Python programming languages. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
