Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated mentorship ability, leadership skills and excellence in interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous supervision of students. Certification with CASLPA. Experience with program development, implementation of educational programs and change management.. Experience in a continuing care setting. Training and experience in the area of dysphagia management. A minimum of two (2) years related professional experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting, with adult and/or geriatric clients who exhibit complex communication disorders..
