Master's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training. Completion of SPRAM and trauma-informed care modules. Documented training in one or more evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, SFT, IPT). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mental health care. Minimum 1 year experience facilitating psychoeducational and/or psychotherapeutic groups.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated proficiency conducting psychosocial interviews, completing screening assessments related to mood, anxiety, suicidality, and cognition. Experience with motivational interviewing and goal-focused care planning. Working knowledge of psychotropic medications, sleep, and pain medications. Familiarity with recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care models. Clinical experience in inpatient or outpatient geriatric psychiatry settings.
