Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in a community setting with vulnerable populations. Demonstrated ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures using a supportive, non-judgmental approach. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various community partners. Demonstrated ability to function in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment. Demonstrated ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and overall computer literacy required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability within a complex and rapidly changing environment and may involve working with clients who present with criminal or suicidal tendencies. Capacity assessment experience an asset.
