Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years working with an Indigenous Population. Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience working with vulnerable populations with complex health barriers, as well as providing therapeutic interventions. Knowledge of Calgary Zone resources and Indigenous resources required. Understanding of the justice system, health care system, addictions system and cultural competency required. Comprehension of case management and its implementation within an interdisciplinary team required. Experience in MS Office Suite, electronic medical record(s). Non Violent Crisis Intervention or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Wolf EMR. Must be able to work well under pressure and able to prioritize with minimal supervision. Counseling experience preferred. Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders. Accurate data capture and report writing skills necessary.
