Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with addiction and mental health. Working knowledge of harm reduction policies and practice. Working knowledge of Community and Health Care resources required. Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, intervention, system navigation and case management required. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community partners required. Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting required. Effective case management skills required. Commitment to Family and Client Centered Care required. Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills required. Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training. Suicide Prevention Training. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

Trauma-informed training. Calm, warm and engaging style with proven ability to engage with a variety of people needed.
