Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Qualifications:Heart & Stroke Foundation – Basic Life Support (CPR) certificate is required. Experience working with children, youth, and families is essential. The candidate will have proven communication skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary team members, patients and their families in a fast-paced environment. Strong professional judgment, initiative, flexibility, and time management skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:Authorization to perform restricted activities is preferred. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
