Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:One years’ recent (within past three years) experience in an Addiction and Mental Health role. Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree is required. Masters degree in Social Work is preferred. CPR (BLS-HCP) certification is necessary. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills while being able to work effectively and efficiently with clients, families, and all members of the health care team. Strong organizational skills as well as excellent time-management and documentation abilities are required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with acutely unwell individuals within the Edmonton Zone AMH framework is preferred. Experience working with concurrent disorders and trauma is preferred. Strata pathways housing experience as well as Connect Care training and access is preferred.
