Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Certification in Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider from the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Preferred Qualifications:One year experience working a medical social worker in an acute care setting. Enhanced knowledge of community-based supports and services. Experience and knowledge related to AHS system navigation, placement and transitions in care and financial supports.
