Minimum Salary: $38.56

Maximum Salary: $51.27

Vehicle Requirement: Driver's License, Vehicle Required

Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years social work experience within the last 5 years. Experience in community work is preferred. Considerable initiative and judgement and the ability to work independently in community settings is essential. Basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license and vehicle for work related travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Experience working within an interdisciplinary team environment is preferred. Knowledge of and experience with guardianship, trusteeship and capacity assessment processes is an asset In-depth knowledge and experience in working with Income Security programs at community/provincial/federal levels (Alberta Works, AISH, CPP) is preferred.
