Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:3-5 years' experience in community Mental Health settings particularly with regards to housing assessment intake and support. Valid BCLS-HCP and NCI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention).
Preferred Qualifications:Community development and working within a holistic approach to health. Knowledge of and ability to respond to diverse cultural needs of a wide variety of populations. Candidates must have working knowledge of recovery-based theory and practice. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Strong relationship building and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with concurrent capable practice. Excellent time management and an ability to work independently.
