Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

You should be flexible, innovative, observant and enthusiastic, with good self-management skills in an interdisciplinary team environment. Current CPR (BLS Level C - Health Care Provider) is required. Proficiency with Microsoft office and recent experience with Connect Care and Strata Health Pathways is crucial to this role. This role requires a comprehensive awareness of a wide range of housing resources, knowledge of stakeholders, ability to build relationships, and an understanding of personal and systematic housing barriers, particularly with regards to individuals with significant mental health or concurrent disorder challenges. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in community Mental Health settings, preference to those with experience in housing assessment, intake and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in community development and working within Indigenous and holistic approaches to health. Knowledge of and ability to respond to diverse cultural needs of a wide variety of populations. Working knowledge of the Recovery Model theory and practice. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with concurrent disorders.
