Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Current CPR certificate at the BLS level C. Training: special emphasis on mental health and concurrent disorder treatment and best practice, recovery oriented practice, anti-oppressive practice, strong social justice lens, trauma informed care and knowledge of barriers to housing and finances. Experience and knowledge of the importance of social, recreational, leisure, vocational, and education benefits to recovery from addiction and/or mental health concerns. 2-3 years' experience in community mental health setting. Strong team work skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Social Work with a Clinical specialization. Knowledge of and experience with Connect Care. Strong computer skills. Strong clinical documentation skills.
