Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years’ experience working with adolescents with mental health issues. Ability to interact with legal partners in a court setting. Knowledge of mental health resources in Calgary and surrounding areas. Excellent consultation, communication and documentation skills. Ability to establish positive working relationships with a wide variety of clients. Ability to organize and set priorities. Experience working on a multidisciplinary team. Ability to collaborate with partners in health service delivery. Computer skills including working with Windows and applications. Current Non-violent Crisis Intervention. Valid Alberta Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with adolescents with mental health issues in a community setting. Experience working with individuals who have been in conflict with the law. Experience working within the justice system.
