Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s level education preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience. Clear pattern of professional and personal development. Understanding of the Continuing Care Health Service Standards for Long Term Care. Familiar with change management processes and principles. Ability to promote effective communication between staff, units, across programs and services, and within the South Zone.
