Required Qualifications:

A minimum of post-secondary degree in a health profession. Registration within an appropriate Alberta Regulated Health Profession. BLS-C (Basic Rescuer) training required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Experience in collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.


Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years healthcare experience in Long Term Care preferred. Minimum 2 years proven leadership experience preferred. Experience with Collaborative Care Model preferred. Site Emergency Disaster Leadership - ICS training / experience preferred. Bachelor in Nursing preferred. Baccalaureate Degree in nursing. Active registration and practice permit with College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospital management in the last 5 years.
