Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate possesses a minimum of a university degree in health services; a graduate degree would be preferred. A minimum of five (5) years’ successful progressive experience in an operational leadership role in a health care organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity is required.

With proven leadership experience, you have a reputation as a caring, strategic results oriented leader and decision maker with a passion to make a difference, possessing a can-do attitude. You have the ability to lead others towards a common vision and deliver on promised actions and outcomes. You have demonstrated success in developing and leading strong, high performing teams, creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, inclusion and caring with a continual focus on patients and family centered care. You have led change with and through people, creating and inspiring innovative solutions and ideas for complex and diverse issues, and service delivery. A relationship builder, you have proven success developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the continuum of care and beyond, including foundations, university/colleges, public agencies and others. You have demonstrated your commitment to continuous quality improvement and learning, and excel at human and fiscal resource management. Your successful record of achievement as a leader includes your demonstrated collaborative leadership skills as per the LEADS in a caring environment framework including demonstrated excellence in leading self, engaging others, developing coalitions and achieving results. Excellent written communication skills – the ability to synthesize and integrate clinical service planning needs with strategic, legal and financial considerations is vital.

Preferred Qualifications:

Broad knowledge of the PLC site is preferred.
