Experience in working with a variety of different stakeholders to identify and implement improved operational processes. Experience in planning and implementing complex process and integration automation, and workflow processes. Experience in implementing and operating complex Change and configuration management processes.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrates ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion. Experience and knowledge of all major available capabilities of the ServiceNow solution preferred. Experience in leading the expansion of the ServiceNow ESM capabilities across a multitude of different departments, for large organization(s) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
A post-secondary degree/diploma in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred. Previous experience with ServiceNow is an asset. ServiceNow certification and/or experience is preferred. 3-5 years’ experience, directly with ServiceNow, preferred. JavaScript experience, specifically with making configuration/customization changes with ServiceNow.
