Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent experience (within the last 3 years) in a health care environment required. Previous experience on inpatient/outpatient setting required. Detailed knowledge of medical supplies and equipment required. Written and verbal English language proficiency. Demonstrated ability to work as in a team setting. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Able to cope with frequent interruptions. Ability to prioritize workload to facilitate patient flow. Flexible and capable of working independently or with minimal supervision. Ability to receive direction and feedback from care providers. Presents self in a positive manner to patients, families, care providers and multidisciplinary team. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and tolerate constant walking and bending is required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. carrying various supplies for the clinic is required. Considerable walking long distances and standing is required. Ability to transport equipment, push supplies on carts and use of stairs is required. Must be able to frequently bend and lift/reach items is required. Ability to function in a team atmosphere is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience with supply management an asset. Previous experience as a Service Worker. Previous experience with dental tools/equipment.
