Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). Recent experience working in an acute care setting within the past two years. Demonstrated proficiency in “It’s Your Move,” “Move Safe,” and WHMIS training. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including walking long distances, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching above shoulder level, and lifting a minimum of 25 kg. Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure safe patient/family care and effective interdisciplinary collaboration. Ability to assist with safe patient transfers. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment with frequent interruptions and distractions. High degree of professionalism with strong time management and prioritization skills, and proven ability to function effectively within a dynamic team environment. Solid understanding of infection prevention and control practices.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrate a commitment to and participation in professional growth. Experience with Connect Care using a Rover.
