Required Qualifications:

Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of previous experience working in a tertiary rehabilitation setting across the lifespan of Pediatric to Older Adult programs is required. Experience working within a team of service workers, demonstrating critical thinking and collaboration skills, to ensure exceptional service is maintained across multiple programs. Excellent problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, experience, and a proven ability to prioritize and organize work assignments with minimal direction and little supervision are required. Extensive knowledge and experience following current IPC-enhanced cleaning protocols is required. Must be able to perform physically demanding activities, applying appropriate body mechanics and following all safety protocols, utilizing required PPE. Ability to be walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, carrying loads, pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending.
