You have achieved a Bachelor’s degree in computing sciences, engineering, or a communications-related discipline, with specific coursework in technical writing. You have 6 to 8 years’ experience in producing technical documents in an IT or software implementation environment, with at least 2 years at a senior level, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of business process mapping and information technology. You have experience working in a healthcare organization of significant size/complexity.
Additional Required Qualifications:You are accustomed to working in a dynamic, geographically distributed team, where partnership and collaboration are paramount. You are quick to learn with the ability to gain a basic understanding of a variety of pharmacy related topics. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to express your work in a clear, cohesive fashion. You are results-oriented and accustomed to tight deadlines and changing priorities. You are constantly thinking of improving and establishing a seamless user experience for documentation. You possess a broad portfolio of completed technical documents. You are a strong group facilitator with solid interview/ discovery skills. Most importantly, you are inquisitive and possess a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification in technical or professional business writing.
