Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or biomedical engineering or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in information technology. Exceptional visual system modeling skills (Visio, etc.). Expertise with creation of visual dashboards (PowerBI, tableau, etc.). In depth analytical, technical, skills in software technology. Knowledge of linkages between processes of healthcare delivery and technology. Expert experience in writing technical and procedural documentation. 5 - 8 years experience supporting Windows Server operating systems. 5 - 8 years experience with scripting (PowerShell, Java, Unix Shell scripting). 4 - 6 years experience with Databases (MS SQL, Oracle). 2 -4 years experience with Linux/Unix Operating Systems (Red Hat, AIX). Working knowledge and experience with Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Working knowledge and experience with IT security products (end-point protection, firewalls, SIEM, etc.). Familiarity with IT security standards and Frameworks (ITIL, SOC, NIST).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Expertise in use of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Knowledgeable and experienced supporting VMWare. Knowledgeable and experienced supporting Citrix. Knowledge/familiarity working with RESTful APIs and web-services technologies (XML, SOAP, REST, XSLT). Knowledgeable and Experienced with messaging standards (HL7 v2, v3, IHE, and FHIR). Experience of web services and implementing APIs Test Automation using SOAPUI or Postman or any other.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Performance automation tools like Loadrunner, Jmeter, Blaze Meter, or any other tool is an asset. TOGAF or other solution architecture certifications strongly desired. Technical certifications related to Microsoft technologies, Linux and Networking (CCNA) strongly desired. Microsoft MCITP or MCSA certification desirable. ITIL v3 and above certification desirable. Agile Certification (PMI-ACP, PSM, SA, CSPO, CDA) desirable.
