Required Qualifications:

Registered with the Alberta College of Paramedic - Advanced Care Paramedic level or equivalent (eg. Nursing, Respiratory Therapist). Clinical experience in Emergency Medical Services or related field minimum 5 years Post Secondary education – certificate, in relevant field (adult education, curriculum development, instructional design, other relevant field). Must be able to maintain clinical relevance by riding third on an EMS unit on a monthly basis Education and/or extensive experience in adult education

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or Masters in a relevant field Instructor status in ACLS, PALS, NRP and BCLS-HCP Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to manage change. Project Management (formal education and experience) an asset. Education/experience in curriculum development/instructional design Education/experience with adobe captivate, lectora
