Required Qualifications:

A recognized post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science, or related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered. 7-10 years of related healthcare experience. Minimum 10 years staff scheduling applications experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent customer relationship skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with the current working knowledge of staff scheduling applications in a lead position. Experience leading teams and small to mid-size projects. Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management.
