Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered. Experience working in a large and complex IT project delivery environment, collaboratively leading virtual cross-functional teams. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, PMO tools and project governance concepts. Seven or more years of experience leading medium to large projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed organization. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with highly complex internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of, and experience with, managing IT infrastructure projects - i.e., networking, servers, storage, datacentres, databases, Operating Systems, and hardware.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP designation (or other recognized Project Management designations). Healthcare Knowledge and experience in health services or public-sector environment. In-depth knowledge and experience in managing projects implementing at least one of the following: Identity & Access Management solutions and services, including Directory Services, Single Sign-On, Provisioning, Authentication, and Federation, or M365 (including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, Excel and SharePoint).
