A bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, Leadership, Policy, or Social Science.
Additional Required Qualifications:Two years’ related experience in project management, evaluation, and/or quality improvement. Demonstrated expertise in planning methodologies, including quality improvement, project management, and change management. Demonstrated ability and comfort with leading a team, making decisions, coaching and teaching, and inspiring and building confidence in others. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influencing skills, and interpersonal skills. Candidates are required to submit a cover letter along with their resume indicating how their experience relates to (1) The Senior Project Management Position and (2) their capacity to apply the key principles of project management.
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree is preferred. Two years of experience working in a health care or related environment. Demonstrated understanding of relevant health information standards, interrelationships and dependencies among various Alberta Heath Services and Addiction and Mental Health services.
