Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in a related health care discipline. Project Management Professional designation. Proven accountability in managing large, complex projects. Proven project management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues lists, manage project plans and escalate issues appropriately). Strong communication and follow-up skills. Proven issues management skills and experience. Membership in good standing with appropriate professional organization (i.e. Project Management designation, CARNA, ACP). Strong working knowledge of AHS. Must be able to maintain positive relationships as well be self-directed and effective in team environments as required. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential. Detail oriented and probes for information to fully understand clinical issues, able to understand micro and macro points of view to create collaborative solutions. Has developed depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline. Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment with multiple and competing demands. Experience mentoring and supporting staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in a Business or Health Related field. Actively and positively negotiate solutions in areas of conflict. Ability to lead IT and clinical operations staff, physicians through complex discussions to generate solutions. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development.
