This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, knowledge of the healthcare system, and expertise in health promotion principles and strategies. Specifically, the successful candidate will demonstrate: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management within healthcare, government or private sector, including knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies. Considerable experience coordinating and leading teams through project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. A master’s degree in health promotion, public or population health, public administration, healthcare administration or equivalent experience. Relevant education, training, or certification in project management from an accredited institution.
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnership with internal and external partners. Advanced communication, facilitation, and team-building skills to support collaborative, cross-sectoral work. The ability to analyze and synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, accessible way to diverse audiences. Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and high-quality report writing skills. A solid understanding of population health, the social determinants of health, and health promotion principles.
Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred. Familiarity with settings-based approaches to health promotion.
