Required Qualifications:

Masters level degree in a discipline relevant to rehabilitation with an emphasis on Research and Technology. 2-4 years project management experience in a health care setting. Research experience in area of specialty within rehabilitation. Experience in a leadership role in research, program development and project management. Experience in quality management processes and outcomes. Knowledge of applied research design and methods. Computer literacy and familiarity with use and applications of relevant data bases. Knowledge of health care reform/structure. Knowledge of issues and practices related to Rehabilitation and Technology.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in research proposal development, grant acquisition and project and research management. Demonstrated leadership ability. Commitment to continuous quality improvement and results-oriented management. Successful track record in a related area of research. Advanced and organizational skills. Ability to delegate decision-making. Ability to promote teamwork, collaboration and partnerships. Ability to manage in a complex, fast paced, changing environment with minimal supervision. Public speaking competency.
