Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a baccalaureate degree in health care profession, business or related health care field. A minimum of 5 years’ MDR, Surgical Services and/or IPC experience or related experience such as MDR technician: a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered. Demonstrated application of systems thinking, change management and leadership strategies, with the ability to assess gaps against key organizational objectives. Able to work effectively at senior levels of the organization, with experience in a healthcare organization of significant size, complexity and diversity with a demonstrated working knowledge of corporate culture.

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Expert knowledge of MDR and/or site clinical services environment and clinical business processes is an asset. Broad experience in facilitation and coordination of project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation; Project Management designation would be an asset. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio.
