A Masters Degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Nursing or an Allied Health Profession. Graduate-level degree preferred. Ten (10) years in a senior role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Proven experience in commercial real estate experience – trusts, land and property development. Experience with managing and pushing boundaries with innovative strategies and initiatives balanced with keen awareness of environmental optics and political sensitivities Strategic thinking, taking into account long-term goals while assessing options and implications. Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Proven experience in business development and revenue growth, either in the corporate or non-profit environment, or both; this must include a strong ability to identify, connect with and close deals with new prospects. Experience in change management and the ability to manage in a complex, changing environment.

Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities. Effective communicator with the ability to foster effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including public agencies, foundations, government, boards, committees and other partners.
