Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent (A combination of Education and Experience may be considered). 10 years of Project Management Experience a large, complex IT Matrix Organization. 5 years Program management experience in a large, complex IT Matrix Organization. Experience in Developing Program plans, creating tasks and ensuring that all phases/streams of the program are in sync. Excellent Stakeholders (D-Level, C- Level executives, Clinical Stakeholders) engagement and Management experience. Should be able to prepare / evaluate Briefing Notes, Change Requests, Root Cause Analysis reports etc.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Multiple EHR Implementations (Clinical Site IT Infrastructure). Preference will be given to candidates with EPIC Implementation experience. Having a formal PMP Designation would be advantageous. Change Management Certification (PROSCI). 5 years’ experience within Healthcare environment. IT Device deployment (Workstations, Printers, Scanners, Web Cameras, and Handheld Devices) experience.
