A post-secondary degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline. Certification in Organizational Change Management Minimum 7 years of work experience specific to OCM and business analysis activities including application of core and advanced OCM strategies, tools and techniques. Experience in leading transformation initiatives. Competency in all core aspects and techniques of OCM should be at a senior level Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; ability to conduct group presentations effectively and efficiently including at the executive level Proven expertise in engaging business, IT and other impacted parties to understand business needs at a strategic level, and conducting effective impacted community elicitation activities Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, planning and monitoring of one’s own workload Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
