Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Communication, or any design-related field. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus. Three to five years of experience in more than one of the following: designing complex user workflows, decision-support systems, information architecture of complex content-heavy websites, graphic/visual design, usability research/analysis. Demonstrated ability to design, conduct and execute user research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Track record of applying common user-centered design practices and tools to solve tough design problems. Understanding of workflow systems, software development processes, and command center monitoring tools. Expertise with designing across multiple platforms (desktop applications, mobile, web, etc.).


Additional Required Qualifications:

We are interested in reviewing two (2) design projects, ideally artefacts from across the project lifecycle illustrating a step-by-step user workflow for complex interfaces. We want to "deep-dive" into your design process. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management. Facilitation skills in both small and large group settings.
