Master’s degree in a Health Care Discipline, Health Care Planning, Project Management, Administration, Operational Management, or any other Health Professional field.
Additional Required Qualifications:5-10 years’ experience working in a complex health care environment, with a portion of that time spent in a leadership role. Experience in operational planning with health care programs and services. Experience with new or renovated healthcare facilities. Experience working in large complex matrix organizations with multi-location teams and/or multi-vendor teams. Strong facilitation, communication and /or coordination experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Ability to manage change and create innovative solutions on complex issues. Ability to deliver work activities to a specified schedule. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Proven experience in the identification, management, and mitigation project risks. Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:Strong engagement skills and an ability to bring teams to a consensus on the implementation of best practices and embracing the vision of the CCC. Strong group facilitation, presentation, and engagement skills. Ability to create positive work environments in a complex setting. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
