Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree with 5-7 years applicable experience (ideally an MBA, MHSA or equivalent) or a bachelor’s degree and 7 or more years’ experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent writing skills. Strong project/program management skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience working with data sources and statistics. Proven ability to foster partnerships and cooperation to achieve organizational goals within a large, diverse organization and managing within a unionized sector that interacts with numerous public agencies, government, boards, committees and other partners. Effective communication/facilitator skills.
