Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, computer science, data science, statistics, health informatics, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in informatics, data analytics, or a similar role. Proficiency with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to create comprehensive reports and dashboards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects independently. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and teams.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven record of providing advanced solutions and recommendations in informatics. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proven experience in program development, system adoption, and optimization. Proactive participation in committees, workgroups, or similar collaborative platforms. Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations and promoting leading-edge practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in workflow management and optimization. Solid understanding of healthcare and clinical processes and systems. Familiarity with Connect Care. Experience in hospital operations and administration. Experience working with unit managers, care managers, clinical leads, or site leads. Master's degree in management analytics, health informatics, data science, or related field. Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools, machine learning, and AI.
