Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in a health related or Business Administration is required. Minimum 5 years progressive project management and leadership experience, preferably in health management is required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-directed and displays excellent judgment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills. Ability to interact with staff and leadership from various levels. Demonstrates a strong communication to client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prosci Certification is preferred. AIW-AHS Improvement Way – Courses/Certification is preferred. Project management certification (PMP/CPM) is preferred. Understanding/knowledge of staff scheduling environment is preferred.
