Your Opportunity:
The Senior Consultant, Patient & Provider Experience is a leadership position at the Royal Alexandra Hospital reporting directly to the Site Executive Director in collaboration with the Facility Medical Director.
Description:
This position is responsible and accountable for leading the goals/vision, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of site-wide programs focused on advancing and integrating The Royal Alex Way, Circle of Care and two foundational AHS strategies, Our People Strategy and Patient First Strategy, into the care provided at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field required. Minimum five years demonstrated leadership experience in a health care setting required. Quality improvement experience required. Demonstrated high level of professional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with both internal and external partners. Demonstrated leadership skills. Project management and evaluation knowledge and experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in health care administration or health related field preferred.
