Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Site Director, the Senior Consultant develops, leads and executes site-based initiatives focused on quality and safety including staff and patient safety, process improvement, quality and change management. This position guides multi-stakeholder teams through current, transition and future state designs. The position provides leadership in the planning and implementation of programs and initiatives, acting as a key liaison and bridge between stakeholders to design and facilitate improvements that enhance quality and safety at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. The Senior Consultant provides strategic advice, navigates complex and sensitive issues, while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field. Minimum 5 years of recent experience working in an Acute Care hospital in a formal or informal leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills. Project Management experience. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
