Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 5 yrs of relevant experience with progressive responsibility in area of expertise in a related environment, preferably within health care. Proficiency with Connect Care, Alberta Netcare, Genesys, RightFax, MSTeams, Microsoft Outlook, Tableau, Excel, Word. Ability and willingness to travel within the designated region to community clinics, physician offices and partner sites.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in planning and implementation in a healthcare organization. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and with a broad spectrum of stakeholder (both within and outside of the organization). Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients/clients, families and caregivers. Demonstrated commitment to and application of patient engagement and Person-Centered Care principles and practices in a health care setting. Knowledge and evidence in change management principles. Requires exceptional verbal, written and listening skills to comprehend, create and communicate concepts and options to a broad variety of people at different levels of the organization who have different skills and expertise. Demonstrated ability to work independently within a large, complex organization with a variety of staffing groups.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree. Certification in AHS AIW Green belt, Lean Six Sigma, Institute for Health Improvement) and PROSCI preferred. Demonstrated abilities in conflict resolution and management. Experience in facilitation or coordination of project management: execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Demonstrated leadership experience in a health care or related environment with knowledge of adult learning theories and principles or experience in applying learner-centered approaches.
