The successful candidate possesses a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare profession and a clinical acute care background. A minimum of 5 years progressive healthcare and operational experience. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time management, project management and problem-solving skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:
You have strong working knowledge and understanding of healthcare operations and strategy, and key processes at a senior level and the ability to apply knowledge and understanding of complex health system issues. You have practical experience in project management, strong organizational and implementation skills with the ability to foster relationships and partnerships with stakeholders. You are a strong problem solver and critical thinker with an ability to manage multiple complex projects using project management and organizational change management methodologies. You can lead others towards a common goal and deliver on promised actions and outcomes. A relationship builder, you have proven success developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the continuum of care and beyond. You possess strong technical skills working with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to present information suitable to the appropriate audiences. You have a clear pattern of professional development and a commitment to providing responsive, quality services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree in health services leadership, business administration, or evidence of working to completion of the same.
