A Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Intelligence or a similar field of study and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable organization (healthcare). Fluent English with strong writing for business. Multi-level client engagement and consultation. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills and have the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Maintain high quality documentation. Have a strong personal initiative, ability to deliver high quality results, and desire for continuous improvement. Experience with SQL/Oracle and various relational database concepts and languages using SQL Server or other data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to primary data collection and survey support applications. Experience using online data collection applications like RedCap/Select Survey/Voxco CATI/Acuity. Experience with data dashboard applications like Tableau. Experience using Informatica or Alteryx. Experience in web based coding environments (HTML, XML, Javascript).
