Master’s Degree in a health-related area such as epidemiology, biostatistics, public health. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a population health-related field. Ability to understand epidemiological issues and to communicate effectively with a broad variety of people with different skills and expertise. Strong skills working with datasets, including cancer prevention data and other large health-related administrative datasets (e.g., DAD, NACRS, Physician billing claims). Strong skills using the appropriate statistical software which may include SAS (or other statistical software), SQL and interactive web reporting tools such as Tableau. Ability to design clear procedures for collecting, cleaning, standardizing, and reporting data. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Additional Required Qualifications:Highly proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills. Strong ability to plan, organize and manage short- and long-term plans and projects. Proven ability to collaborate with administrators, researchers, and planners. Demonstrated ability to work well in a high-paced team setting and independently. Must abide by the highest standards of confidentiality.
