Knowledge and experience in business systems analysis the healthcare industry, occupational health and safety industry and/or experience working in large organizations. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. A minimum of a post-secondary degree related to Occupational Health and Safety, communications, health discipline, and/or Human Resources. A minimum of eight years’ experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare setting and workplace health and safety experience an asset. Team leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with problem solving, concern resolution, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitation and/or coordination experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
