A university degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is required. Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years as a Senior Business Analyst in a PeopleSoft and/or HRMS environment preferably in a Shared Services environment. Experience with a Recruitment Management System (Taleo is preferred) with ability to provide configuration, integration, application and troubleshooting support of the system. Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft modules including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Payroll for North America, Self Service as well as integration knowledge with a Recruitment Management System. Experience conducting business requirements analysis activities. Skilled in developing impact analysis. Experienced in developing functional, application and process strategies, solutions and plans. Ability to develop test strategies, plan and execute test phases. Facilitate assessing implementation readiness (organizational, application, support). Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to present ideas, negotiate, facilitate and problem solve. Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Publisher, Word and Visio.
