A Professional designation is required, as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) or Facilities Management Administrator (FMA). Other relevant professional designations will be considered, such as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or a Certified Property Manager (CPM); Also considered is a minimum of ten (10) years in a progressively responsible role in commercial, office, or institutional property management preferably in a real estate or tenant environment; experience in a healthcare or clinical facility management environment is required; equivalencies of education or experience would be considered.
Additional Qualifications:
Must have significant training/experience in facility or property management with a working knowledge of both the technical and business aspects of property or facility management. Note: This position requires a vehicle for business use. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Baccalaureate degree in Commerce, Finance, Urban Land Economics, Engineering, or other, would be an asset Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing high quality services Leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage change, to make decisions, to coach, to teach, to inspire and to build confidence in others
