Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 7 years progressive pension and benefit experience in an organization of significant size and complexity. Capable of interpreting policies and plan documents to make decisions and recommendations. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to assess team members and provide ongoing development. Strong analytical, problem solving, and issue resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience with HR Information Systems, preferably PeopleSoft, is required. Ability to use Excel to collate data and create templates.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), or Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) certification desired. Experience administering flexible benefit and defined benefit pension plans. Expertise in project management, business process improvement, or quality assurance is an asset.
